loved staying at a cozy lodge in cheddar, felt like coming home after exploring. Rachel's warm welcome and complimentary strawberries and cream were the cherry on top. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fabulous kitchen and a lovely fireplace for rainy days. The hosts were friendly and provided great recommendations, plus the walking trails were a bonus.

What a wonderful stay we had at this cozy lodge! The location was perfect, with so many places within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the area and come back to such a clean and comfortable lodge. The log burner was a real highlight, perfect for cozying up after a long day of walking. And the complementary strawberries and cream on arrival was such a thoughtful touch!

The only downside of our stay was the pillows. They were super flat and uncomfortable, so we ended up using garden pillows for extra support at night.

The cottage itself was spotless and oh-so-cozy, with a jaw-dropping kitchen and a delightful fireplace to warm up after rainy hikes. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful in answering our questions, and the complimentary strawberries and cream were a delightful surprise! Plus, the lodge had easy-to-use amenities like Wi-Fi and free parking, and they even provided cots for those traveling with little ones. Absolutely no pets allowed and no smoking on site.
